- No. Our research and the experience of the memorialization industry have proven that plastic and acrylic are not UV resistant enough to provide long-term protection and durability. |

What is your turn around time from the receipt of my order to shipping my order? |

- 95% of our orders are shipped within 15 working days from the time we receive it. |

Do you charge extra for two or more people in the same photograph? |
|
| |
- No. It doesn't matter how many people are in the photo - one price! That's a hold over practice from the days when portraits were hand painted. |

Do you archive my images? |
|
| |
- Yes. We electronically archive all images so that if a replacement is necessary, we can re-make it quickly. |

How do I install your Memorial Portraits? |
|
| |
- Most of our customers mount our portraits in a shallow relief with pure silicone, epoxy or mortar mix. Stainless steel pins are available for surface mounting as well as high quality open and covered frames. Additionally, 3M™ VHB™ tape can be supplied at no charge. |

What size photo works best? |

| |
- We can use any size photo up to 11" x 14". Larger photographs are preferred rather than smaller prints. |

Will my photos be returned to me with my Memorial Portraits? |

| |
- Yes. We will return your original photos with your order. |
|
| |
My photo needs a touch up - can you do it? |
|
| |
- You bet! We're experts in this area and all photos are cleaned up at no extra cost. We'll even fix problems at no charge. |

Can I get the background of my photograph changed? |
|
| |
- Yes. We will replace the background with a photo canvas like those used in portrait studios. See our background choices or send us a color sample of what you would like for the background. Background removals are done at no-charge. |

Do you charge for standard shipping? |
|
| |
- No. We ship all our product priority mail at no additional charge. And, we don't charge for handling either. |

Do you offer overnight shipping? |
|
| |
- Yes. We can ship FedEx® billed to you at our cost or we can use your shipping number. Some of our customers that want an overnight return send us a completed shipping label with their order. |

Do you use a Copy Machine? |

- Absolutely not! That is the trend though. It's our opinion that you lose control of the color system and based on everything we've seen, they can't get the rich, vibrant colors out of a copy machine that we can with our system. It's cheaper but definitely not better. Why anybody would compromise on a loved one's memorial when the price difference, if at all, is negligible – we don’t know. |
